We show love and affection to our children, spouses, and outher family members in many different ways. Some ways that we might show affection is by hugging, kissing, playing together, just sharing a quiet minute together, sharing a cuddle once in awhile, or even by giving them little rewards, or treats for reaching a new achievment, or just simply a little treat to say i love you. We believe that our dogs should be treated equally with any other member of our family, after all they are one of the family. I like giving my dog treats for doing tricks, for good behavior, and sometimes just to say thank you for being my best friend. What ever the reason , our dogs love getting affection from us, the same as we love getting affection from them. And now just show my appreciation for my dog's affection, I order mail order treats for him, they come in the mail just like a package would come for you or I, only it's for him, and now he knows it. When he see's the package come in the mail now he knows it is for him (he gets his own mail, and he loves  it). He gets so excited, and he even knows exactly what one is his now when it comes. He gets as excited as I do when the mail comes, and there is a check in there for me, I know just exactly what envelopes I want to see come in the mail. Another thing that alot of dog owners don't think about is what will happen if something tragic happens involving our dog. There ore many precautions that we take every day to ensure that if something tragic happens in our life, that we are covered. We have house insurance, car insurance, home loan insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, business insurance, life insurance, insurance on our belongings, and the list goes on and on. But what about our pets, alot of dog owners never think about insurance on their dog. So ask yourself, what would happen if your dog got out and caused a car accident, or for some unknown reason bit someone, or did damage to someones front yard, or jumped up on someones car and scratched it, or scratched someone, or god forbid your dog gets sick and passes away. You as the owner are financialy responsable for your pets actions. And besides your dog is your best friend, and part of the family, so why wouldn't you want to protect your dog just like any other member of your family, or any of the rest of your belongings. I can tell you that most certainly do have insurance coverage on my dog. Why in the heck wouldn't  I have insurance on my dog? after all I am supposed to be an intelligent human being, so why in the heck do so many dog owners overlook putting insurance on their dogs. And on a final note I must draw your attention to dog food. We as humans try our best to eat healthy foods, and stay away from foods that contain alot of chemicals, and additives that can be harmful to our bodies. So why not do the same for our dogs. Some commercial dog foods contain additives that can be very harmful to our dogs. Did you know that the ingredients in some dog foods are actually other dogs and cats that have been given leathel injections to put them down. And then some dog food companies take these animals and add them to their dog food mixtures. When I dont have time I make sure my dog is getting all natural dog food, that does not contain harmful chemicals and additives. Some of these dog foods can be causing alot of the health problems that our canine friends are having to start with, so why feed your dog something that is going to harm them.
